EGG TART ( TAN NDAK )

Bismilahirohmanirohim.

Ingredients:

A.Crust (8 tart).

     -1,5 unsalted butter stick
     -2 cup flour.
     -1 egg.
     -150 ml powdered sugar.

B.Egg custart (10-12 tart ).

    -5 small egg/4 medium egg/3 large egg.
    -290 ml milk.
    -75 ml water.
    -190 ml sugar or less about 1.5 cup.
    - 1 pinch salt.

C.Equipment needed.

     - electric mixer.optional.
     -2 large bowl.
     - measuring cup.
     - whisk
     - tart tin or disposable muffin tin.
     - tootpick.

HOW TO MAKE.

Step 1. Melt the butter.

set the butter into microwave.and heat it up for a minute or two until the butter dissolve completely.

Note: you can eithee melt or use electric mixer to beat the butter until it soft and fluffy.

Step 2.

add flour,powdered sugar,egg and salt together into the butter.
after adding those ingredients,use your hand ro knead the dough,you can stop kneading if it turn soft and pliable dough.

note; electric mixer might not working well in kneading dough cos it will spill flour all over the place .and make a mess to your kitchen.

step 3.

make small ball of dough and place them on tart tin..start forming,the base using your finger to push the dough into the mould.you can trim a wat axces dough on the mould.

tips;

this metode is considered to be toughest among others. a delicious eggtart depend on how thick your crust is.if the crust is too thick,you tend to consume more crust and less custart which leave you unsatisfactory feeling..if it too thin.the egg tart will fall a part easily.

step 4.

mix all.ingredients for making egg custart.
you have to beat the ingredient gently for a minute or two. with whisk.
the egg yolk shoul blend together with other ingredients in the end.
the mixture will become light yellow in color.

note ; it is right if you happened to find some visible yellow patch or egg white that does not dissolvecompletely in the mixture.they fo not affect the taste of the custart.

step 5.

pour the egg custart mixture into measuring cup.after that start by filling the crust with egg custart.please do not pour until it is completely full because it will spill out easily.if it is full.the filling will espand because if the heat in the oven and spill all over the place.this will create a mess in your oven.

Step 6.

preheat the oven for 350 f and bake them for 40-50 minute.

you have to monitor the conditions of egg tart from time to time this is because the crust wil get burned easily.remove them from oven when they turn golden browned.

warning; please handle with care.you' re working with oven.

Step 7.

insert tootpick into custart.this is to ensure that the custart is ready to be eaten.it will stand on its own if it's cooked.if it's not bake them again.for a few minute.

step 8.

remove the egg tart from disposable tin.before this.leave the eggtart cool down for a minute
or two.do not take them off right. a way because the crust are still soft and will break. easily.

step 9.

serve the eggtart.it 's most delicious and crunch when it s hot.and keep in the fright for 3 days......
